Muni Evelyn E. Afemikhe (CEO)

Evelyn Afemikhe, a highly experienced banker, started her banking career with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 1982 and retired as a Deputy Director in 2015. She worked in three Departments (Finance Department, internal Audit Department and Other Financial Institutions Supervision Department (OFISD)) of the CBN where she had the privilege to head several Offices/Divisions. She initiated critical innovations which aided Other Financial Institutions to successfully support the middle and lower tiers of the economy. While in the Internal Audit Department, she led some sensitive fraud investigations that earned her the Best Staff of the Department in 1995 and 2003. This was in addition to contributing to the strengthening of controls and processes within the Bank.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), England. She is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), USA. She also holds a Higher National Diploma in Finance from London Metropolitan University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT).

Her Banking and Managerial experience in the CBN which spanned over 30 years has given her a practical knowledge and understanding of the Financial Sector and the operations of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria. She is one of the ordained Pastors in the Overcomers Church World Outreach, Lagos. Evelyn is known as a woman of high intelligence, drive and energy. She is passionate in working with young hardworking and talented Nigerians in the positive pursuit of available business opportunities to fulfill their dreams.

Sam S.O. Afemikhe (Director)

Sam Afemikhe is an extensively experienced Senior Consultant and Project Leader with over 30 years professional experience in auditing, value added services and management studies and reviews. He trained with C. A. Pitts & Co. and R. A. Dilsworth in the United Kingdom. He has managed statutory audits of multinational companies. He worked with the firm of D. O Dafinone & Co when he rose from the position of Assistant Manager to Partner in four years.

In 1985, he set up his own accounting and consultancy practice – S. S. Afemikhe & Co. (Chartered Accountants) with its management arms – S. S. Afemikhe Consulting Company Limited and Mesaf Management Services Limited. The group has undertaken many assignments particularly in the Oil and Gas industry.

Sam has worked extensively for the World Bank Nigeria Country Office in the area of post procurement reviews and public procurement analysis and review.

He has written four books on Value for Money, Budget Implementation, Public Procurement and Hope Rekindled, drawing from his extensive work in the field of value for money reviews and public procurement.

Samuel A. Afemikhe Jnr. (Director)

Samuel is a Chartered Accountant, Economist, Business Analyst and technology enthusiast. He is a graduate of the University of Bristol (BSc Economics & Accounting). He has over a decade’s experience working with businesses and institutions of various sizes – particularly in the area of strategic Change Management, Business Process Improvement and People Development projects, working with the likes of Fidelity Asset Managers Schroders, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Canada and SunGard (all in the United Kingdom)

Gregory O. Afemikhe (Director)

Gregory Afemikhe is a versatile consultant who qualified as a chartered accountant over 10 years ago. He has established himself in various capacities and has developed his international career as a seasoned Business Development Consultant with a focus on Financial and Management Consulting.

He has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from The University of the West of England, MSc. in Finance and Management from Exeter University (Merit), Diploma in Business Applications and a Certification in Oracle Financial from Westminster College of Computing.

Gregory Afemikhe is a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a member of the British Computer Society (BCS).

He has held top positions in organisations such as British Gas, Financial Times (Pearson Government Solutions), S.S. Afemikhe Consulting Limited, Jamestown Development Ltd, Canalis Energy, Geomains Insurance Brokers and Geo-data Systems Limited to mention a few. This cross-industry experience has offered Gregory a key understanding of a variety of specific financial, accounting, business and organisational design processes equipping him for his aforementioned roles.
